Talent Manager (Event Agency)

We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the management and coordination of talent for our esports events. The Talent Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with professional gamers, casters, hosts, and other talent to ensure the success of our events. This role requires a deep understanding of the esports industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience minimum 1 year in talent management, preferably within the esports or entertainment industry.
• A strong network of contacts within the esports community, including professional gamers, casters, hosts, and influencers.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry contracts and legal agreements.
• Passion for esports and a deep understanding of the gaming culture.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.
