Role Description

As the President Director at PT Straits Futures Indonesia, you will drive strategic decisions, lead the Indonesian operations, and ensure alignment with global initiatives. You will oversee business development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and client relationship management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing the company's overall strategy, setting long-term goals, and ensuring alignment with the company vision.
  • Operational Management: Directing the daily operations of the company, including overseeing departments, managing budgets, and monitoring performance against targets.
  • Board Leadership: Chairing Board of Directors meetings, facilitating discussions, and ensuring effective communication between the Board and management team.
  • External Representation: Representing the company in interactions with government agencies, customers, and other external stakeholders.
