Chief Financial Officer (Forestry Background)

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Forestry Industry with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
3. Ability to engage with various stakeholders, including public institutions and relevant industry authorities is a must.
4. Prior exposure in the forestry, agribusiness, or natural resources industry is a must.
5. Strong foundation in accounting and auditing principles, with previous experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
6. Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and strategic financial decision-making.
7. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to forestry and sustainability is highly preferred.
8. Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
