  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of financial services regulation, including compliance with local and international financial laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies related to financial services.
  • Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with financial transactions and corporate governance.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Support the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and risk management, to provide comprehensive legal support.
  • Assist with dispute resolution, including litigation and regulatory investigations, where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited institution. A Master's degree or professional certification in law is a plus (PKPA).
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a legal role within human capital industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and legal frameworks
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong ethics and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
