EQUANS is looking for a Performance Administrator to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Reports to the Senior Analytics & Performance Manager, the Performance & Jeopardy Administrator plays a critical part in the Performance team, the candidate will control all final repair completions for the operational team and will take full control & responsibility for the performance of 2nd fix SLA adherence. They will also play a key role in reporting and will help with all month end performance reports. The candidate will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to chair meetings & use innovative ideas to overcome issues.

What will you deliver?
- Keep track of all open workorders and their completion due times.
- Chase open workorders to completion of paperwork.
- Contact subcontractors to chase down overdue paperwork.
- Monitoring the Work Orders to ensure compliance with response and rectification times.
- Liaise with contractors and internal staff to ensure SLA compliance.
- Assist the Performance team in any admin tasks they may require.
- Provide administrative support in keeping records (sickness/holiday absences, works, inspections, audits, etc.) producing reports and general office administration.
- Attend and participate in Training courses as required and to undertake any training in the future as may be required to ensure the duties of the post are effectively carried out.
- Undertake special project work as and when require.
- Undertake in the 1:1 appraisal process.
