As the Head of Business Development, you will lead strategic efforts to recover and re-engage former clients who have previously partnered with Jatis Mobile. This role is critical in driving revenue through reactivation strategies and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job descriptions:

  • Developing and executing client recovery strategies, including analyzing past client data, identifying root causes of disengagement, and creating personalized re-approach plans
  • Conducting end-to-end client relationship management, from initial contact to solution proposal, negotiation, and successful re-engagement.
  • Performing in-depth account mapping to identify key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations and tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal) to design and deliver tailored solutions that align with recovered client needs.
  • Taking ownership of client issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  • Conducting regular industry and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Leading the preparation of partnership agreements, letters of authorization (LOA), and all relevant legal documentation for re-engaged clients
  • Supervising and mentoring the Business Development team to ensure consistent implementation of recovery initiatives.
  • Tracking and reporting on recovery pipeline progress, client feedback, and closed deals through CRM and internal reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in client recovery, retention, or account turnaround strategies.
  • Strong track record of success in rebuilding client relationships and achieving business growth through re-engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking and people leadership abilities.
  • Willing to be based in South Jakarta (Hybrid).
