Branding Specialist (Marketing)

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to enhance The Jakarta Post's market presence through strategic brand positioning, audience engagement initiatives collaboration, and branding & marketing activation.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visibility
- Conduct research and benchmarking to enhance brand visibility and industry positioning.
- Analyze industry trends and provide weekly reports on insights and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain campaign planning timelines and task lists for seamless execution.
- Suggest resource allocation strategies to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Brand Consistency & Activation
- Strengthen The Jakarta Post’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to create engaging promotional materials.
- Work with the audience development team to strategize branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Brand Campaign Execution
- Execute brand campaigns, develop marketing materials, and coordinate logistics for successful implementation.
- Work with external partners, communities, and stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles. Having experience working in media companies is a plus.
- Has experience in brand management and campaign execution with a proven portfolio.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and coordinate across teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Notion
- Great work ethic with high integrity and eagerness to learn.
