- Translate client objectives into effective, data-backed digital campaigns
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to bring holistic, audience-first ideas to life
- Oversee campaign execution, monitoring performance and making real-time optimizations
- Present strategic recommendations and performance reports with clarity and confidence
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital media planning and buying (agency experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TikTok Ads, programmatic DSPs, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable turning campaign data into strategic insights
- Passion for emerging tech and trends in the digital media landscape
- Excellent communication skills, you can simplify complexity for clients and internal teams
- Proactive, collaborative, and always looking to raise the bar
