POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will support and accompany top management in daily activities. This role requires Mandarin fluency and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-trust environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Director
  • Schedule business meetings, travel, restaurant, and hotel bookings
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as travel records and payment files
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Conduct research and provide reliable recommendations on vendors, restaurants, hotels, etc.
  • Welcome and assist executive guests during meetings or events
  • Carry out additional tasks delegated by the Director

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Experience in assisting top-level executives is an advantage
