Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Ubud. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs, maintaining records of guest interactions, and supporting the overall guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
