Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development
  • 2+ years' of Human Capital Services industry experience
  • 2+ years' of business development, marketing, and account management experience
  • Proven record of sales growth
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
