Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leader Maintenance Stamping Transfer (3000 Tones) located in Karawang. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, overseeing the operation of machine, periodically preventive & predictive maintenance, and ensuring the efficiency of stamping transfer processes. He will also ensure proper maintenance schedules are adhered to, and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining 3000 tones stamping machine
  • Experience in any related maintenance activities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in Karawang
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
