Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procedure Systems, quality assurance, or compliance

Technical Skills:

1. Experience with business process mapping, SOP documentation & Risk Management.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or workflow management tools (exmp: Drawio)

3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other management system frameworks is a plus

Soft Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2. Excellent communication skill.

3. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

4. Familiarity with internal and external regulations related to procedure systems

Job Description:

1. Develop, manage, and update the company's operational procedure standards

2. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

3. Analyze the effectiveness of existing procedure systems and provide recommendations for improvement

4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective procedure system implementation

5. Conduct procedure system evaluations and provide solutions for operational issues

6. Contribute to the development of company strategies to increase work efficiency through procedure system optimization
