Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Bank Director.
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and reviews.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
