We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the execution of local campaigns, activations, and partnerships that embody the BAKED. spirit across our Bali locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and support events including collaborations and location launches.
  • Manage content workflows by liaising with the social media team and content creators.
  • Engage with local communities and build partnerships with influencers and creatives.
  • Report on campaign performance and gather customer and market insights.
  • Oversee marketing materials by coordinating with vendors and managing on-site assets.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or community-building roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows (photo/video), especially for social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with creatives, local influencers, and event vendors is highly valued.
  • Passionate about the local culture, food & beverage scene, and community engagement in Bali.
