Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and system integrators in Indonesia.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Channel Development: Recruit and enable new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key metrics, and generate regular sales reports.
- Technical Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams to provide pre-sales support and address customer inquiries.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective post-sales support to customers and channel partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management in the IT industry, with a focus on cybersecurity and networking solutions.
- Proven track record of success in managing distributors, resellers, and system integrators in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian IT market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
