Requirements

  • Experience in workstation setups, software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with network connectivity and troubleshooting (wired and wireless).
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN, switches, wireless technologies, virtualization technologies (Proxmox, OpenStack), and cloud-based tools (Google Cloud, Microsoft Teams).
  • Proficiency in supporting HRMS, finance, and business process applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes.
