Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, fleet management, or corporate sales, preferably in the Forklift industry.
  • Strong understanding about fleet sales, government regulations, corporate procurement processes, and enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting B2B, B2G, and B2C sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills and experience closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to develop and deliver customized solutions based on client needs, with a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle market and the potential benefits for businesses transitioning to EV fleets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue forklift sales opportunities within enterprise, government, and corporate clients to grow VKTR’s fleet sales footprint.
  • Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Educate clients on VKTR electric vehicle product (forklift) unique selling point in term of function & technology over conventional ICE engine.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target sectors, including government agencies and large organizations.
  • Meet and exceed fleet sales targets, tracking progress through reports and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Maintaining customer database and communicating in regular basis.
