We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin to support our dynamic team in the Module Project.

- Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously to ensure all project deadlines are met within a fast-paced environment.
- Establish and maintain communication with suppliers and contractors
- Maintain document archives – Both electronic & Hard Copy while ensuring all records-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirements
- Control issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of document registers
- Liaise with vendors for projects and distribute project related documents with the project team and relevant external parties
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Team
- Assist in general office administration
- Undertake other tasks as assigned
- Generate various document control reports as and when required
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project-related activities.
- Arranging staff travel and accommodations.
- Booking venues for meetings and events.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Organizing and storing information (both paper and digital)
- Typing letters and reports for staff.
- Ensuring business documents are organized and secure.
- Managing company calendar activities.
- Distributing reports and correspondence to departments.
- Handling phone and email inquiries.
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Accounting, engineering or related field.
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English is a must
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Be well organized and systematic
- Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting procedures
