Job Descriptions
- Building engagement and maintaining good relationships with all Hukumonline customers.
- Engaging with all Hukumonline customers periodically since the beginning of the customer subscribing to Hukumonline services.
- Drafting a request letter for an audience/Discussion with client and following up on letters that have been sent;
- Analyzing, assessing potential collaboration, and exploring collaboration between Hukumonline and universities that are Hukumonline customers;
- Becoming a host or supporting personnel in Hukumonline Instagram Live activities or other service channels such as Hukumonline Youtube;
- Writing research memos and legal memos;
- Managing the work of the Hukumonline internship team in the Customer Experience Division; and
- Carrying out counter-performance of Unisol Hukumonline customer service benefits.
- Arranging and managing executive audience schedules and executive projects carried out in the Customer Experience Division;
- Carrying out regular projects in the Customer Experience Division;
- Analyzing customer data related to service utilization and creating strategies/ideas/input in customer retention efforts;
- Assisting in research for government agencies and international institutions for audiences;
- Following up on Customer Request needs related to Regulations and Decisions or other Hukumonline services.
- Bachelor of Law degree is mandatory
- Work experience or internship in a law firm or international organization, or a company that focuses on B2B business;
- Has skills in using software related to Google Documents (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc.), Microsoft Office, Mentimeter, MIRO and other presentation software.
- Good in English writing and speaking skills
- Have research skills (including qualitative and quantitative);
- Have the ability to correspond letters in English with and in Indonesian.
- Good communication skills in conveying ideas, thoughts, or responding to messages from others, both in person and online communication via e-mail and social media platforms;
- Have experience in holding and facilitating FGDs, workshops and seminars through online platforms;
- Have good public speaking skills in Indonesian and English;
- Have the ability to write terms of reference for activities in English and Indonesian;
- Have experience in managing research projects or project activities related to law, human rights, the environment, the press, protection of women, children, the disabled, and indigenous peoples (optional);
- Have experience in organizing and/or leading a campus or community organization
