INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored digital solutions that drive their success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services for partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance and generate insights for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on partnership status and results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or similar roles, preferably in the digital industry.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing successful business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
