Position Summary

The Director of President University Development Center (PU–PDC) provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary direction for the center. The Director is responsible for designing, developing, and managing a broad portfolio of professional education programs that align with President University's mission of fostering life-long learning and competency enhancement for professionals, students, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and develop PU–PDC’s vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with President University's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of training programs, workshops, certification courses, executive development, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PU–PDC team.

Program Development & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all offerings reflect current industry trends, global standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with academic departments, industry experts, and international partners to co-develop and deliver impactful programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and learning outcomes.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build and sustain relationships with domestic and international academic institutions, government bodies, and corporate partners.
  • Explore and pursue new market opportunities for PU–PDC, including custom corporate training, consulting services, and digital learning.
  • Represent PU–PDC in forums, conferences, and events to enhance visibility and credibility.

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Manage the center’s budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective administration, team leadership, and use of learning technologies.
  • Oversee marketing strategies and enrollment initiatives to meet participation and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in continuing education, professional development, or executive training.
  • Strong sales experience selling Training of Education
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing educational or training programs.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends in learning and development, including digital education, micro-credentials, and corporate training.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong network with industry leaders, academic institutions, and government bodies is highly desirable.
