- Exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Acquire new business prospects for the company by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing a lead, followed by proposal preparation, presentation, and pitching
- Research and build relationships with clients and the decision-makers in the organization
- Acting as a key presenter in critical decision-making stages of the sales cycle, building a trusted advisor reputation with new and existing clients
- Maintain strong and long relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling company services, particularly in the context of permits and compliance.
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, tender submission, negotiations, and the closing process
- Maintain and update a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and work closely with marketing, Consultant, and product teams.
- Willingness to learn and stay informed about the products, especially in the permits and compliance.
- Actively engage in learning sessions to understand permits and compliance products
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the upper management regarding sales activities, client feedback, and sales pipeline.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives are required. Effective at presenting to executive management
- Good analytical skills in accommodating client needs
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and highly motivated person
- Lively, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about permits and compliance updates.
- Able to work with target & under pressure
- Able to work from office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have
- Proficiency in English is a plus
