- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a must
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a big plus
- Familiar with negotiating and drafting legal contract with global and local institutional clients
- Ability to do a financial analysis such us forecasting, evaluating, and analyzing financial metrics
