Job Description

  • To control, check, process of payroll, make payroll report and fringe benefit ( BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Medical, etc. )
  • Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime.
  • Maintain payroll administration and payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, labor law, taxes.
  • Able to maintain the confidentially of all employee information and payroll records.
  • Managing employee data such as attendance & leave
  • Manage employee income tax deductions in accordance with applicable tax regulations, and ensure tax reporting is done on time.
  • Maintain employee personal data and information related to salaries, such as employment status, deductions, leave and allowances. Ensure that the data obtained is accurate and up to date.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Bachelor Of Law.
  • Proven experience at least 3 years in payroll processing and administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesia statutory regulations, employment ordinance and policies related to payroll.
  • Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with implementation of payroll processes on an industry recognized payroll solution is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, income tax regulations (PPH21) and payroll compliance requirements (BPJS TK and Kesehatan)
