Job Overview
A Digital Strategy Associate is responsible for planning, managing, and executing digital campaigns within the creator economy landscape to drive measurable results aligned with client objectives. This role requires strategic planning, project management expertise, and effective client communication to ensure seamless campaign execution. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, this position oversees project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation while collaborating closely with internal teams, including Creator Development and Digital Strategy, to synchronize efforts for impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Initiate, plan, and oversee the execution of all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with other teams, Creator Development, and Digital Strategy.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans detailing the campaign, timelines, KOL requirements, and budget.
4. As the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
5. Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects remain on track.
6. Resolve project conflicts and handle unforeseen issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
7. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project requirements, changes, and progress.
8. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.
2. Project & Campaign Management – Ability to initiate, plan, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
3. Cross-Team Coordination – Experience in working collaboratively with internal teams such as Creator Development and Digital Strategy to execute campaigns effectively.
4. Client Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal skills to act as the main point of contact for clients, provide regular updates, and build long-term partnerships.
5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to anticipate risks, resolve project conflicts, and mitigate unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track.
6. Communication & Presentation – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project strategies, updates, and reports clearly.
7. Multi-Tasking & Adaptability – Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
8. Attention to Detail & Documentation – Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of project requirements, changes, and progress.
