Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Bandung. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales efforts. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis
  • Ability to work on-site in Bandung
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
