供应商过程质量控制岗位Supplier process quality control position
岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1.负责跟踪供应商产品生产加工过程质量，每天巡检关键工序样件，掌握未达成计划的质量异常问题，监控供应商改善效果，确保订单顺利交付；
Responsible for tracking the quality of the supplier's production and processing process, daily inspection of key process samples, grasp the abnormal quality problems that do not meet the plan, monitor the improvement effect of the supplier, and ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
2.负责制作供应商月度过程质量报表，跟踪供应商综合质量月报，对重点供应商的质量状况进行统计分析；
Responsible for making suppliers' monthly process quality report, tracking suppliers' comprehensive monthly quality report.
3.协助编写与导入产品PFMEA，CP等质量规格书及控制计划，推行供应商过程控制。
Assist to prepare and import PFMEA, CP and other quality specifications and control plans.
4. 评估及认证供应商的品质体系，比如产能、设备、交期、技术等，保证供应商的优良性；Evaluate and certify the quality system of suppliers, such as production capacity, equipment, delivery time, technology, etc., to ensure the quality of suppliers.
任职条件：
Qualifications:
1.大学专科及以上学历，理工科专业毕业优先；
College degree or above, major in science or engineering.
2.能使用常规办公软件word/Excel/ppt；
Ability to use conventional office software, such as Word /Excel/ PPT.
3.掌握印尼语、英语，如同时会中文优先；
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
4.有2年及以上玩具等木制品行业生产质量控制或产品结构设计研发工作经验者优先；
At least 2 years working experience in production quality control or product structure design in products industry such as toys is preferred.
5.熟悉玩具生产加工工艺、木工机械、工装夹具和加工原理的优先；
Familiar with toy production and processing technology, woodworking machinery, fixture and processing principle is preferred.
6.熟悉EN71、ASTM F963、GB6675等全球各个国家和地区的玩具标准以及客户特殊要求；
Familiar with EN71, ASTM F963, GB6675 and other global toy standards and customer special requirements.
7.工作认真负责，良好的沟通与协调能力。
Conscientious and responsible in work; Good communication and coordination skills.
