Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for all business units.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of Terms & Conditions during client onboarding in accordance with company policy.
  • Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) based on Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) data to support financial insights.
  • Manage client advertising payments and provide regular reports on client ad balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial supervision or related roles.
  • Proficient in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & PPN).
  • Experienced in aging receivable management, billing reminders, and vendor payment negotiations.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret financial results and support strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
