Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for all business units.
- Review and ensure accuracy of Terms & Conditions during client onboarding in accordance with company policy.
- Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) based on Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) data to support financial insights.
- Manage client advertising payments and provide regular reports on client ad balance.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial reporting.
- Lead, guide, and provide performance feedback to the finance team.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support daily operations.
- Prepare and deliver financial presentations and reports for senior management with clear recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial supervision or related roles.
- Proficient in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & PPN).
- Experienced in aging receivable management, billing reminders, and vendor payment negotiations.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret financial results and support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
