As An Area Sales Supervisor, You Will
- Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
- Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
- Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry
- Has a Great Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Able to work with laptop, esp. using Ms.Excel, Word, PPT
- Deep knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationship with local distributor and retailers
- Having strong database both GT and MT category
- Willing to travel outside the area as needed
- Able to work underpressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
