As An Area Sales Supervisor, You Will

  • Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
  • Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
  • Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry
  • Has a Great Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Able to work with laptop, esp. using Ms.Excel, Word, PPT
  • Deep knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationship with local distributor and retailers
  • Having strong database both GT and MT category
  • Willing to travel outside the area as needed
  • Able to work underpressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
