- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Tech, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in solution development, partnership management, business development, or a related field, with IT/Tech company as background experience.
- Proven experience in building and managing successful business partnerships and alliances.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong experience with contract negotiation, partner management, and solution delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
