  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The island is accessible by boat in 45 minutes from the mainland.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Kecamatan Nusa Penida. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to resort guests, handling reservations, answering inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hospitality or tourism industry experience preferred
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
