About The Department

This role sits within the General Management team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia, working in close collaboration with the affiliate’s leadership team, APAC stakeholders, and a wide range of cross-functional departments. The Strategic Project Manager & Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the business and driving forward key initiatives that support Novo Nordisk’s mission in Indonesia.

The position
As a Strategic Project Manager & Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to the General Manager, managing business-critical projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that strategic plans are implemented with excellence. You will lead and coordinate enterprise-level initiatives, support leadership team communications, and serve as the key connector between internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Driving and executing high-impact, cross-functional projects aligned with the affiliate's strategic objectives. Coordinating the business planning process and strategic launch planning in collaboration with the Management Team.
  • Supporting the General Manager with key decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and communication efforts.
  • Preparing high-quality internal and external presentations, reports, and strategic documentation. Planning and executing leadership meetings, including agenda development, pre-reads, and action follow-ups.
  • Maintaining clear visibility of ongoing initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments and functions.
  • Collaborating with APAC regional teams and global stakeholders on key initiatives and reporting processes.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or science (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical commercial industry.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in market strategy, analysis, and launch execution.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia.
