Job Purpose:
As a Receptionist Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. Your role is to ensure a welcoming front-office experience and support daily administrative operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide support to the General Affairs and People & Culture teams
Requirements:
- Graduated with a D3/S1 degree
- Presentable, neat, and polite in appearance
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and has a positive attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Available to work full-time on-site during the internship period
