Job Purpose:

As a Receptionist Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. Your role is to ensure a welcoming front-office experience and support daily administrative operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide support to the General Affairs and People & Culture teams

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a D3/S1 degree
  • Presentable, neat, and polite in appearance
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and has a positive attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Available to work full-time on-site during the internship period
