Job Description
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
- Set clear sales targets and marketing goals, and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the sales and marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales and marketing technologies and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and account management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
