Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full set of accounting activities, including general ledger, AR/AP, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with local Financial Reporting Standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.).
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Senior Finance Manager and headquarters as required.
- Monitor and control company budgets, cash flow, and working capital to ensure financial health and efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and financial planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement automation or system enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, ideally within the retail, F&B, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa; proficiency in English is a plus.
