Job Decriptions

  • Manage group and property management finance processes to ensure a smooth but prudent approach.
  • Responsible for maintaining cash flow and tax compliance for all business activities.
  • Lead and guide the finance team to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Support business requirements with efficient treasury management and reporting.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycle, including invoices, payments, and revenue collections.
  • Review transaction records and bank statement reconciliations from all properties to ensure compliance with the reporting standards.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in roles with similar responsibilities. Experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
  • Familiar with communication to vendor or stakeholder related to financial reports and payments.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and cash flows.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and records.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and comfortable learning new software programs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh 4(2) and PPh 26, including Corporate Income Tax. Brevets A & B would be preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency with excellent problem-solving skills
  • An exemplary leader with good judgment and excellent initiative to build a positive, high-performing team culture in various situations.
  • Capable of working independently with tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work in Bali
