The Opportunity :
In this role, you will be part of the Operation Excellence and Customer Experience team. As an Operation Excellence Associate, you will be working in a small team and will lead projects and initiatives that result in better SOP compliances and retention from our members.
Job description :
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvements, specifically on customer retention
- Establish the development and execution of procedures, standards and initiatives for the operational process.
- Lead project and initiatives alongside Marketing Team that need offline support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects, initiatives, and SOP across the division.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Operational Support
- Having good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills.
- Having experience and ability to set up & roll out new initiatives end-to-end, from ideation & conception to piloting, monitoring & ramp-up.
- Basic to intermediate SQL or Python is preferred.
- Familiar with stakeholder management, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
