  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help the product team understand business processes, then translate business needs and requirements into documentation
  • Work with the Product team to gather market trends and internal data to find recommendations for product improvement to grow accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Design, Engineering, Marketing, or Business team to define requirements and ensure that features are being developed in alignment with business expectations
  • Participate in user interviews and create documentation and user manuals for your product scope
  • Provide status and updates to stakeholders
  • Work location - full WFO: Bandung

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT from a reputable university, fresh graduates are welcome, or the last year of bachelor degree (but required for full-time commitment)
  • Good attention to detail, has data-driven mindset, and good problem-solving skills
  • Have a strong willingness to learn and entrepreneurial skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity, strong ownership, and a can-do attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)/ Google Sheets, Google Docs , and basic knowledge of SQL
  • Familiar with digital product & software business
  • Good communicator and have persuasive communication across the team & stakeholders
  • Willing to full WFO in Bandung
