Position Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all Contract Manufacturers.
- Production Management: Oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Cost Control: Monitor and manage manufacturing costs to optimize resource utilization and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize waste and ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks to maintain a smooth production flow.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations within the food ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
