Manage relationship in project channel (Owners/Investors/Designers/Architect/Contractors/Roll Formers) related to China FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), manage project pipeline (by its stages) and accountable for Volume and Margin.

Define strategy in specific group segment China FDI in market segments Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure.

Manage project pipeline list and monitoring up to order received from customers with coordinating with related sales manager

Focus area to be covered would be Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
  • Build & strengthen relationship and approach Project Owners, AEC (Architect Engineer Consultant) and Contractors related to China FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) to implement BlueScope’s product specification for their project in green field and brownfield invested by Chinese, and/or Hong Kong and/or Taiwanese.
  • Be the focal point representing BlueScope Indonesia to coordinate with regional colleagues with regards China Investments related projects and communicating to management on a timely basis.
  • Develop business strategies such as: product presentation, marketing event, etc., related to his/her responsible segment group and/or coverage area.
  • Responsible for planning, managing, and developing numbers project pipeline and accountable for volume and margin.
  • Responsible for increasing and developing premium products (painted and bare) in project pipeline.
  • Supervise, coaching, motivate his/her own team (if any) in order to achieve goals

Qualifications And/or Experience Required

  • Minimum Associate Degree in business / technical / engineering degree or in B2C/B2B Marketing / Sales will be preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years working experiences and minimum 3 years in construction industry and sales / marketing and business development management level is required.
  • Hunting and positive mindset.
  • Strong engagement with AEC, Project Owner and Contractors in Industrial, Commercial, residential, infrastructure & institutions market segments.
  • Excellent communication in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong communication skills, be able to write and speak confidently and clearly.
  • Able to plan and execute business planning process.
  • Having good knowledge of general business and company procedures.
