Your roles and responsibilities will vary from customer consultation which includes supporting key dealer accounts focusing mainly in leading them to develop and acquire new customers and expand businesses, while developing business directly in specific applications that our portable generators and light towers portfolio, provides solution as well as obtain and manage key accounts. - Expected travel rate of up to 70% within Indonesia
- International travel may be required, including factory visits and attending regional meetings and trainings
- 2 years’ experience promoting and selling industrial or construction equipment – knowledge and experience in portable diesel generators and energy storage system an advantage and a plus.
- 2 years’ exposure working with customers in oil & gas, utilities, independent power producers, rental and other industrial segments with similar applications.
- Technical capability to learn and utilize IT tools such as
- Microsoft Teams to host virtual meetings, provide online trainings, etc.
- SAP C4C customer relationship management (CRM) system for regular reporting of sales activities, leads generation, opportunity conversion sales quotes and sales forecasting.
- Power BI in reading reports and graphs to aid market and business analysis.
- Passionate about learning and exploring new things; adapt quickly to new situations and opportunities, excited to find new ways, perspectives and ideas.
- Excellent sales acumen with ability to manage dealer network.
- Territorial management.
- Dealer management.
- Strong verbal/written English communication and presentation skills.
- Technical know-how.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Degree on Engineering / Marketing – Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
