  • Establish and maintain strong ties with local universities and student-led entrepreneurship networks, facilitating student engagement and startup collaborations.
  • Represent the organization in the ecosystem, promoting its values and vision through events and media.
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to refine strategies and enhance impact.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in community management, startup support, or innovation programs.
  • Strong background in working with students, startups, investors, and educational institutions.
  • Prior experience in startup acceleration, ecosystem-building, or talent development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
