Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and implementing continuous training programs, evaluating job relevance and performance indicators, analyzing organizational development needs, assessing employee performance appraisals, coordinating workload analysis, conducting job evaluations, and developing employee career paths in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organization Development, preferably in the Tech or HR consultant industry
  • Familiar with Training Need Analysis (TNA), Competency Frameworks, and Individual Development Plans (IDP)
  • Experienced in designing and delivering training programs (both offline and online)
  • Strong understanding in job evaluation, talent development, and workload analysis is a plus
  • Familiar with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Placement at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
