Key Responsibilities:
1. Omichannel Operations Execution
- Execute daily content publishing plans for TikTok/Instagram/Facebook/YouTube (3-5 posts per day).
- Update and maintain product information on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia/Shopee).
- Respond to user comments and private messages across all platforms within 24 hours (response rate ≥95%).
2. Standardized Content Production
- Complete short video filming (mobile device) and editing using CapCut (30-60 seconds in length, 2 finalized videos daily).
- Provide support for live-streaming sessions.
3. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Record daily operational metrics into designated systems.
- Monitor competitor account activities and submit alerts for significant changes (content trends, promotions, traffic fluctuations etc.).
4. Team Collaboration
- Strictly follow daily task lists and submit progress reports.
- Prioritize and complete tasks assigned by the team promptly.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Technical Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in e-commerce backend operations (product listing, campaign setup, basic data analysis).
- Video editing proficiency: Ability to smoothly produce 30-second subtitled videos within 30 minutes.
2. Execution Standards
- 100% on-time content publishing (maximum 15-minute deviation from schedule).
- Data entry accuracy rate ≥95%.
3. Tools & Equipment
- Own a smartphone (Android/iOS, 2022 or newer model) capable of 1080P filming.
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
