Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?
What will you do:
• Proactively analyze current practices and collaborate with the team to identify needs for project tracking & evaluation methods and tools, including a project dashboard based on the division's work and departmental requirements.
• Propose improvements and work with the team and take the lead to develop tools such as worksheets, project dashboards that streamline project tracking and evaluation based on identified needs.
• Proactively collaborate with the team to understand documentation needs, taking the lead in creating clear and helpful division-wide materials such as user manuals and procedural guides.
• Work with the team to create or edit Product Requirement Design documents, developing clear process flows and highlighting key points to help streamline operations in line with the company's characteristics and operational needs.
What you will need:
• Experience or fast learning with Jira/Project Management tools, including configuring dashboards & boards to get specific metrics for project dashboards, filters, and reports.
• Experience with creating dashboards, worksheets, or similar tools in Project Management /& Business Intelligence platform(s) is an advantage.
• Understanding of data extraction from Jira logs and structuring data for dashboard creation.
• Some experience with SQL or API integrations (optional but preferred for data retrieval from Jira).
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting tools for automation and data processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, RPA) is a bonus.
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Understanding of process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
