Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
- Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in Patient Monitoring, Ventilator, and Anesthesia Machine.
- Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
- Required skills: Sales.
- Experienced in managing distribution networks.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
- Domicile : Surabaya
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
- Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
- Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
- Manage the Company’s existing distributors over the Territory.
- Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
- Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
- Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer complain.
