Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
  • Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in Patient Monitoring, Ventilator, and Anesthesia Machine.
  • Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
  • Required skills: Sales.
  • Experienced in managing distribution networks.
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
  • Domicile : Surabaya

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the Territory.
  • Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
  • Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
  • Manage the Company’s existing distributors over the Territory.
  • Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
  • Keep an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition within the marketplace.
  • Assist the service and support staff to deal with the payment collection and customer complain.
