Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, promoting a high-performance culture aligned with our vision for growth.
  • Lead the recruitment process by designing effective job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs that enhance employee performance, retention, and career development. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Implement performance management systems that promote regular feedback, goal-setting, and employee development plans. Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving workplace conflicts, and facilitating open communication. Promote a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and engaged.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports. Stay up-to-date with legal developments, ensuring that company policies reflect current legislation.
  • versee office management functions, including facilities maintenance, health and safety compliance, and vendor management. Ensure that workplace environments meet operational and employee needs.
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness. Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in handle HRGA role in manufacture/FMCG/retail industry at least 5 years
  • Have experienced and knowledge about recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, organization development as well
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and policies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate in English (written and verbal), can communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
  • Additional HR ISO, HALAL, FDA and other related certifications will be a plus
  • Preferable can join immediately (less than 1 month)
  • Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
