Job Description
The Corporate Secretary Manager is responsible for ensuring effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance related to the company’s board and shareholders. This role manages the planning and administration of Board of Directors (BoD) and Board of Commissioners (BoC) activities, ensures timely corporate reporting and disclosures, and maintains proper documentation in line with regulatory standards. The role also facilitates coordination between company leadership and external stakeholders, including regulators and shareholders.

This role manages the planning and administration of Board of Directors (BoD) and Board of Commissioners (BoC) activities, ensures timely corporate reporting and disclosures, and maintains proper documentation in line with regulatory standards. The role also facilitates coordination between company leadership and external stakeholders, including regulators and shareholders.
- Ensure Cermati Fintech Group holding and its subsidiaries comply with the relevant rules and regulations; especially capital market and regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
- Maintain regular communications and timely reporting with the capital market regulatory agencies, including the FSA (OJK) and IDX, on all matters pertaining to governance, corporate actions, and material transactions.
- Handle corporate events such as General Meeting of Shareholders and Public Expose.
- Manage BOC, BOD, and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage the Company's corporate documents and safekeeping.
- Ensure that the shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company's actions, financial position, and other material matters.
- Handling Public Information related to the company and Media Relations to build a positive company image.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Management, Communication, Public Relation or other related fields from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary / Investor Relations / Capital Market function
- Familiar with OJK and IDX reporting and disclosure information, including preparing Annual Report
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of corporate law, capital market law, securities regulations, and stock exchange requirements
