Qualifications

  • 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resource practices
  • Experience in recruitment and performance management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Human Resource software (HRIS, applicant tracking systems, etc)
  • Experience in general office administration and facility management (preferred)
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
