Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resource practices
- Experience in recruitment and performance management
- Strong communication skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Human Resource software (HRIS, applicant tracking systems, etc)
- Experience in general office administration and facility management (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
